The Human Resource Store (HRS) is a successful organization of HR and OD independent consultants. The business model involves Associate Partners and Independent Delivery Consultants. As an Associate Partner you will be part of a team of entrepreneurs committed to work together toward the growth of a company in which you will have an opportunity to share in the ownership. The idea is that HRS will be owned by its Associate Partners. Through the collaborative efforts of the Associate Partners and the Independent Delivery Consultant, HRS will function as outsourced and supplemental Human Capital Resources.

Supporting the Human Resource Department, on a project basis, we will address all challenges related to Employee Selection/Recruiting, Employee Development and Training, personnel related, legal and compliance consulting and organizational optimization.
