We require:

  2. A proven record of success as either a Generalist of Specialist in the HR field. You must have good communications, superior follow through with both people and paper and the strong self image necessary to be an independent consultant

  3. A leader with a strong positive self image. A driven, creative person with powerful speaking ability who grasps concepts quickly. A creative, open person who sees possibilities and is willing to do whatever is necessary to understand and seek to resolve the client's needs and wants.
